is there a console command for unlimited time on cs:go?

i have been praticing recoil and nade throws but it always ends after the timer ends- this is on offline and i would like to know if theres a command for unlimited time?

I use this as my nadeprac config for casual game mode:

sv_cheats 1
mp_roundtime_defuse 600
mp_restartgame 1
sv_infinite_ammo 1
sv_grenade_trajectory 1

sv_infinite_ammo 2 is way better, it's the mode used in deathmatches so you got infinite ammo but you still have to reload
