How to Unban from LAN?

Is there a way to unban somebody from a LAN for private game server. I was playing with my little brother and he killed me a couple of times and got banned from my private lobby server or LAN or whatever it is, he's banned from the server I was hosting. Is there a way to unban him?

His method never worked, I had to go into my game and unban him by deleting a few files, I don't remember what, it was about a year ago xD
