Open your case is the only way to find it out. Unless you have a pre built pc, then you might be able to find it in the documentation.

if you have a very low budget then you could probably look into AMD cards

Try get one of newer gpu's like GTX750TI or R7 260X, they support dx12 and are very good for games if you are on budget.
