OS Paged Pool Memory Low! Help!!

Went on CSGO, joined a DM and got a Warning saying :OS Paged Pool Memory Low!
Currently using 87188 pages (348752 Kb) of total 92160 pages (368640 Kb total)

I have tried changing my virtual memory in My Computer/Advanced/Performance,Settings/Advanced/Change
i changed it to 3500-4092, restarted my pc but still get the message when playing CSGO HELP PLEASE !!!

i did what they said but i couldnt find /3GB and /Userva when ityped notepad c:\boot.ini on run
