Having no level/rank

When i open my friend's profile, like in this little window it shows NOTHING. We've been playing deathmatches for two hours now and she didn't level up, because she does't have level. I don't mean like silver or gold rank, but this level which you get after a game. HELP PLEASEEE

You can, but it's a mix of Prime and non-Prime players, known as Unranked.
Prime players do have access to, both, Ranked and Unranked, whereas non-Prime players don't have the access to Ranked matches.
- Ranked is Prime exclusive.

He hasn't played cs for a few months, can that be the reason ?

The reason is very likely the fact, he or she has decided to refund the game before.
I can't think of any other possibility.
