If it's about real hours most top tier pros have around 12-17k hours in CSGO.
The player with the most hours in all CS titles together are probably player like f0rest and n0thing, those who play the game since the first days and still play professional or stream. I guess they have around 45k hours.
Obviously I'm not talking about "steam" hours. Steam counts hours since end of 2008. Many people including me had their prime before 2008 and already played CS for 9 years at that point. Playing 2k hours per year is quite common for more serious player. 2000 * 23 years = 46.000 hours.
A lot of pros probably get around 3k hours per year or more (some play 8-12 hours per day). Do the math yourself.
