CS:GO 4:3 stretched to 16:9 on 21:9 (with black bars)
Hi!
Here is my problem:

So far I've been playing in 4:3 resolution stretched to 16:9 (on a 16:9 monitor)
However, I bought a 21:9 (34") monitor on which I would like to keep the same settings, so 4:3 stretched to 16:9 on 21:9. So there are black bars on the sides.

Unfortunately, no settings help, I can either play in 16:9 resolution with black bars, or 4:3 stretched directly to 21:9.

Nvidia Panel settings cannot help either. I cant find any solution, pls help!

Unfortunately, I tried and none of nvidia's display scaling settings work as I would like.

Either I'm setting something wrong (but I've really tried all combinations), or another solution is needed, e.g. an external program to scale the display.

Setting one or the other doesn't help, but maybe I'm doing something wrong
idk how but csgo just made itself wide for my 21:9 monitor. I have a wider fov and its kinda cheating but the game allows it I guess. In setting it says 16:9 but its actually in 2650x1080 res. No stretching whatsoever just pure widescreen
Maybe monitor is broken, ♥♥♥♥ happens
Was trying to figure this out yesterday for my 2560 x 1080 ultrawide. You can have one or the other, but not both apparently I hope I'm wrong but that's what it seems like.
