Can't open up console

Recently I can't open up my console. I was able to do it before but not now. I haven't changed key/binded something. I have validated my game files and still nothing. I went to CS GO properties and put -console. That's how I got it, but when I press the X button I can't get it back. Please help

Same problem. No idea whats causing it. Tried resetting key bindings. No dice.

It is, I used that one all the time. Now its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up

Right click on csgo (in the Library), go to properties. Then you press on the "specify the startup options" and wirte -console. then try to open csgo again :)

you can easily open the console by writing -console. But that will only open console on startup. Then you can bind the keys
