you're probably not going to find any site like that, because even those with low minimums have people snipe the pots with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of knives, and rarely do they ever lose

i wouldn't bother with any sort of skin gambling site apart from lounge anyways because of how shady they can be

if you want to know anyways, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and csgoshuffle are the ones that most big streamers use apart from jackpot, but again it's the same ♥♥♥♥ there with pot sniping. as i've said before it's probably best just to not bother with them
