Disable Round Start/Match Won Voices?

Just wondering if there is any way to disable these voice quotes? You know the ones that say Watch out! These boys have got a bit of an arsenal and they don't mind using it!, Let's show them who we are. etc.

They are fun to begin with but after so many hours playing the game it would be nicer to just mute them. I already have the music disabled but I can't find an option to disable these voices in particular, any ideas? Console command?

mute your sound for 2 seconds when a round starts seems to be the only way so far.

A better idea would be to restrict voicechat at warmup / interval / end to team only. Many times it generates into a verbal slugfest.
