CS2 absurd rank system

Hi guys, I've been playing cs2 for a while. my first rank was 5k. then I went up to 9k with myself. then we started playing with my friend, there was no problem for a while, then when I play without my friend, I was getting -300 when I lost. when I won, there was no change, I was always getting +100, but then there were even times when I got -400, -462 and I regressed from 9k to 6k. do you have any idea why? I don't play badly in matches, but sometimes I lose because the bad team comes. I think Valve should do something for me because its unfair.

Watched a Streamer 5 stack,
all major trophy earners, on their team they all had 24,000 points and 1 with 20,000 points
and have 80% winrate.

They matched against 4 people with 14.000 points.

that system should change.

System is a mess and cs2 will become casual game probably.

they had 24,000 points 4 people, 1 20,000 points
and had 80% winrate over 70 games.

They matched against 4 people with 14.000 points.
That is a 10,000 points disparity between 4 people.
Do not play CS2 "Premier".

Are you hired to Lie & Berate people on the Forum? I have not seen you construe a positive feedback on the forum. How do you want people to respond to your Toxic attitude towards people with different experiences from yours? I am trying my best to respond to your views.

Hence why pros with 25k rating play against 14k rated people, with Valve being a Billionaire company this is intentional, this is living the Smurfs dream but only for select few.

If that really is the case, then there are some really complicated calculations going on in the background to make the outcome of the match fair and ballanced.
Higher ranked team win less, lose alot, lower ranked team wins alot, lise less.
Stop worrying about that, or your rank.
Just play and have fun. You win some you lose some. Its a GAME.

If you cant stand losing, then just quit.

CS2 Premier is in favor of those who plays in team. It's literally the worst possible mode they could give to like half of million people while this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game still in beta. You won't be able to focus on the maps you're good at, but instead u'll be getting maps u don't want to play like mirage, inferno or overpass (most likely trio for me) with all those new obstectles that messes with ur understanding of the map, tons and tons of annoying bugs and, I swear, CS2 already has more unfair kills when I coudln't see the enemy, because on my screen there was a wall, than in my entire 6k hrs expierence of CS:GO. On top of that u'll get some maps where ur teammates don't know how to play on
