CS 2 with serrated texts with a "white glow" on his edges and blur general

So, my texts seems like have anti-aliasing on, all serrated and with some "white glow" on edges too, the screen is a bit blur too for 1024x768, the screenshots goes normal so it's a PC config problem probably, if someone understand the Nvidia Control Panel settings that maybe doing that and can help me, i thank. And i cannot send the images unfortunately.

i changed to 1280x960 (4:3) which fixed it

I tried literally right now but it don't solved. Well, thank you anyway probably Nvidia configs like i said

Nvidia settings, i don't remember exactly but i think it's "Image Scaling" on the "Manage 3D settings" tab, just right click on your desktop and you will see the Nvidia Control Panel, then just disable it, if do not solve i recommend for you to explore the another settings and keep trying, let me know if it works btw
