The only difference from this tutorial is that you have to select program settings -> CS:GO instead of changing the global settings.
Little scripted program that should let me switch GFX cards on the fly. Since my Nvidia is pulled out at the moment, i'm going to go ahead and run a few competivie matches but i will reply later today after reinstalling the card and testing this software. Fingers Crossed! :)
This is a pretty old thread, might check elsewhere for your specific issue with the nvidia control pannel.
In the end... i wound up throwing out the old card and went with a dual AMD card setup in the mac. Resolved all my problems, and discovered the legacy "Crossfire" would work in bootcamp, allowing me to really boost some games under windows.
