Command to stop round chage?
Is there a console command out there that makes it so that when players die the round doesn't advance/change? I've looked around and haven't seen anything about it so I'm not sure if it exists

You mean for private games? SHOULD be mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1 IIRC but it needs sv_cheats 1.
