Green question mark on minimap?

so im in a d2 match DMG rank. and i see this weird smokey green question mark by mid doors. can someone tell me what that is?

The last known position of a teammate, who disconnected mid-round. The teammate has to have the color green in comp. It can also happen on T-Side in Casual.

Other possibilities:
Someone connected, and the BOT was killed.
Someone timed out. (This is not always shown in the chat instantly)
