Counter-Strike 2

Counter-Strike 2

Statistiche:
Timeout on all Steam games.
A week ago everything was working fine with no problems then the problem started to appear....
Everytime or 90% of the time I connect to ANY CS:GO server (competitive, casual, deathmatch, etc) I get a connection problem and in the end timeout. I don't know the cause of this at all. I'm a complete noob with internet connections. I've done massive googling. tried everything in the forums from launch options to reinstalling steam. tried forwarding ports, disabling antivirus and windows firewall. What else I can do? CS:GO is a great game and I don't want to quit the game for this problem and that's why I'm giving my CS:GO inventory to whoever guides me to solve this problem. My inventory contains a Battle-Scarred AWP Asiimov (Field-Tested look) and AK-47 Wasteland Rebel and M4A1-S Atomic Alloy. Basically whoever helps me fix this is getting over 45$ in skins.

EDIT: Dark Light and I have worked this out and it appears to be my ISP or my router. Basically I cannot fix this problem. Only my ISP can.

It also appears that this problem isn't just happening with all Steam games. I've encountered this problem with Rocket League too.

This is an ISP issue, dont bother looking further untill you contacted your ISP

To be honest with you, I get the same issue at least 3 times during competitive and there is a 25% chance of me disconnecting but it reconnects at 10 seconds left. It usually happens when I experience really high latency because my brother is watching youtube or something. To not get that problem simply I would ask anyone who is using your internet to get off because then you can get most of the internet. Thats what I do and it seems to be working fine for me :) Thats all i can offer.
Only 1 person uses internet here at a time.

How are you so sure? Sometimes i connect to the server with no problem and most of the time I get timeouts.

Because if no-one else is using the internet and It isn't your router or game/steam, then it's your ISP!

Contact them and tell them the situation.

For some reason if you don't run cmd as an admin it wont give packet losses.
This time I ran cmd as an admin and all 4 packets were lost.

Ok so what is happening is that your router or something is blocking the connection.

If turning off anti virus or firewall doesn't help then that means it's the router?

The OP can connect to servers, he gets timed out mid-game. It's not the router. It's the ISP.

Contact them and tell them what's going on.
go to your router settings by going to 192.168.1.1 in your browser after you are connecter to internet. Then check for the SNR ration and Attenuation Rate and tell me its values

Things you can try even if you are already done them is:
Disable all firewalls and anti-virused.
Reset your router to factory settings.
Then restart your PC.

I don't get timed out mid game. I see people moving and shooting for like 4 seconds then the game freezes then I time out.
