How the case keys work?

Does anyone know how the case keys work? Are they for unlimited use or consumable? For example is this key like Chroma Case key can be used to open as many case boxes as I want without losing it? Or it is just for one-time open case box?

I'm new to CS:GO steam market, any thought are so appreciated.

you can use each key only once.
