Knife instant kill?

Hey everyone, quick question. I have had a lot of occasions where I die instantly by a knife from the front, as if they right clicked me twice. But it's so fast that I have no idea how they do it, and I've searched all over the internet. Can anybody tell me how this is done? It's as if they quickswitch there knife and instantly recover.

i think if you right click them at a certain angle it counts as a back stab? idr

It's not left + left + right. I do that xD. But is it really a trickstab? It seems like he hits me twice, not jumps over me and knifes me in the back.
