Also try opening up your console and enter 'voice_enable 1'.

So I have found my problem, My headsets were switching the left and right channel every few hours, so to fix this I unplugged unplugged then plugged them back in, but this would for some reason reset my windows mic settings, my teamspeak mic settings, and my CSGO mic settings (Enable voice or something like that) even the console command would not help, I had to go into the game settings to turn them back on. so thats where I would look, good luck
