CS:GO binds are not working

None of my binds except, however, buy binds are working.
I can't talk or anything, I tried exec.configCFG and all that, restoring to defaults, and completely uninstalling. I can't find anything on it. Any help? :(

What do you mean "say whatever"? I did buy binds for all the num pad keys but nothing else, I only changed the talk button to z and a couple other small things like that

Right Click at CS:GO icon > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

Delete all configs you have.

Delete CS:GO completely and reinstall it.

It's just the talk key that doesn't work from what I can tell. The buy binds work

Delete all files and folders on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive folder.
After you reinstall, it will reinstall normaly.
