How i can mute voice chat completely?
While i play in random casual server everyone just speak Russian language or other language then English and i want mute whole voice chat when it just takes so long to mute all 19 players when there is no option to mute voice chat in settings.

Is it permanent or do i need type that command every time i start the game?

you can put it in an autoexec if you want to make it permanent.
voice_enable 1 to turn back on.
