what time does the weekly item drop reset?

it usually resets every Wednesday. im 69 xp (nice) away and it hasn't reset since morning. is there a particular time when it resets or was the day changed simce the new operation? thanks in advance

Its innacurate though, for me, the xp & drops reset, not in the night where im at, but a bunch of hours later, in the morning.

So that basically means that the previous reset simply did not happen for me. I received them on Sunday and nothing has changed since then.
