Hello,
As far as you can see, you were banned by the developers of the game (banned by OWERWATCH system).
In case you have been sanctioned without reason, this ban will be removed from your account, otherwise it will be permanent.

By the way, stop playing with cheaters in your team, if someone from your team is cheating then report it and do not wait for your friend who has wallhack to give you information about enemies, it is considered cheating.

Global Cooldown in CS:GO will eventually be changed/updated to VAC ban 24+ hours later.

this means that OP got caught for using "cheats and hacks" in CS:GO.

They are saying in their FAQ that they wont remove any gameban/vacbans? do they actually do it sometimes if its false?

They are also saying on top of the FAQ that if a ban has been applied by mistake it will be removed automatically.
