Is there any way to remove a Competitive Cooldown??

I got a 7 day cooldown for accidentily killing 2 of my teammates through smoke. I was quite angry to see that I had obtained a 7 day cooldown. is there any way to remove it??

3 years later, same problems. Also valve should disallow solo queuing imo, a 4 man squad would kick you 9/10 times just for fun. No matter you carried them all the way or not.
