Can I calculate my own ELO?
Since CS GO dosnt show how much elo you earn/lose I came up with a way to calculate ELO. Okay say for example I am playing with 2 MGEs 1 DMG and me and another person are MG 1. the match ends at 15:15 and enemy has 5 MGEs since when draw it all comes down to which team has higher or lower ranked players I first cancel out the similar ranks 5 MGE - 2 MGE = 3 MGE now we have 3 MGE on enemy and 1 DMG and 2 MG in my team. Now the DMG is 1 rank above the MGE but the 2 MG's are 1 rank below the MGEs each. So We would have 1 rank below them all together meaning we earn (only a little but still) ELO and they lose (a little) ELO.
Am I the only one who does this or do other people have different ways they calculate

The modified glicko2 system which is used in csgo is way more complicated than your calculations.
You can read the PDF about it, just search "A Bayesian Approximation Method for Online Ranking" in google and read it.
But remeber, the csgo system is way more complicated than the example.

Just win more than you lose, no need for further calculations.

^ Dev comment regarding the skill rating.

You should be able to find papers on rating systems involving rating volatility and rating deviations online to get a better idea about why our complex competitive matchmaking parameters cannot be represented as a single numeric value.

tl;dr csgo doesn't use Elo, and its calculations are too complex to be represented as a single number.

Thats probably considered average considering there are ties, unless those don't count in your win %

up it by 2.001% and eventually you will rank up as 50.00000001% is enough that you will eventually rank up
