Low FPS on Faceit only ?!

I'm getting 70-100 fps on Faceit servers only. when on Prem i get a steady 200. weirdly enough its ok in warmup and knife round but the actual game begins and it stutters and becomes unplayable.

Can anyone suggest a fix? i have tried console commands. reinstalling faceit and AC and cs2

Reinstalled drivers and removed some software that potentially effects the game. but even when deactivating all software in the background apart from steam and faceit it still under performs.

im totally stuck. i have asus tuf 4080 with a ryzen 7 5800xd with 32gb ram ddr4 so i should be well over that performance on medium settings 2560x1440p but its choppy.
