Discord report group for cheaters?
I was thinking—why isn’t there a Discord server where people can submit reports of cheaters for others to report? You could upload a clip or some other proof, and this way, mass reporting might help in getting rid of some of them more effectively.

Because:
1. mass reporting is bad.
2. it doesn't work, you need to be in a match with someone for the report to be valid.
ow okey thanks.
how is it bad tho?

its not bad since accounts are reported and not players, and accounts are banned and not players

There already are groups where cheaters get submitted with proof to youtube. But obviously most don't get banned. E.g. https://www.youtube.com/@CS2CheaterReports/videos
Who will make decisions is person cheating or not? Maybe you?

For one, it's just not how you go about getting someone banned so doing so makes it completely pointless.

However, mostly because not everyone will have solid evidence that the person they're wanting people to go harass is cheating.

Just a personal example: There's been multiple times I've been accused of cheating when I don't, and have been targeted to harassment. I've also seen people in casual accuse others of cheating who weren't either. Along with plethora of forum posters here who accuse cheats on people with no proof/blindly.

Clips could be altered or mass groups of cheaters come in and report not cheats and cya later to that idea :D Telstra had a good one send in a demo of the stuff you seen and if competetive a guy would ban them from Telstra servers :D
