Low FPS on GTX 1660 :( [PLEASE HELP]

Ok, so my problem is: my fps is very very low. I get about 90-120 fps. This is somewhat recent, 3-4 months ago everything was fine, I was getting 200-300 fps at least. I even bought a 144hz monitor but it's pretty much useless now... I really need some help, but trust me I've tried every possible fix. (fpsmax0, csgo reinstall, driver reinstall, older driver, windows reinstall, windows settings like game capture, preoritized csgo). If you have a solution or an idea please help me :(

My specs: GTX 1660 GHOST OC 6GB
Ryzen 5 1600AF
16 GB DDR4 RAM
(motherboard, power supply are new and optimal for the parts.)

Also should add: -changing graphics settings dont help: i play on 1024x768 but I get the same fps as on 1920x1080 (wierd right?)
-every other game works perfectly with high fps, only csgo has a problem

Hello first my friend. This problem exists with most people regardless of hardware. The cases have multiplied for about a week. My guess is from the latest updates to CS: Go. I hope it will be fixed soon

My fps was great until the new panorama got implemented so that might be the problem.

Lmao i used to get 40 to 60 fps , tried to downclock my gpu as it was overclocked , and then used it on high performance and all lags are gone , no fps drops , and i get 200fps fr some reason where i should get 120 fps

Also try lowering all csho graphics , enable texture streaming , disable motion blur , idk about anti aliasing , depends on you, and every other graphics settings to low

I noticed too. I downloaded a day or two ago, and now it's updating again. Think I should make another discussion about how updates are killing us? It's a huge waste of time how often too much software updates. They are out of control maniacs, wasting our time, causing us to have to deal with problems caused by updates over and over like a full time job. Besides that this is not the CSGO that was released years ago. It seems to be a few generations of updates later that yes for me as well cause dips into very low FPS.
That said it's playable, but not for competitive, with frame rate drops to under 45fps you really, really notice a slow down that's not a pleasure.
Spyware I mean windows 10 telemetry and scams don't assist this issue, or game performance.

The same thing happens to me before I got from 250 to 350 fps and now it goes down to 120 to 100 sometimes less. 1024x768 resolution low graphics. this is so weird, damn csgo.

it's completely opposite for me i used to get 90-120 fps now i get 130-190

Csgo became quite demanding since broken fang realese snd your cpu , which is the important thing to run csgo quite bad.

im already on low graphics, but as i said, i get the same fps on very high and very low graphics, ♥♥♥♥ just doesnt make sense

when was the last time you updated your cpu drivers and your motherboard drivers ?

since i reinstalled windows like a week ago, I downloaded every driver again, so they're the newest version drivers im assuming
