CS2 Crashing with new Setup with solution

Hello,

i sold my old PC and got my new setup.
I Installed all the drivers for the PC, however after some time the game crashed and not only CS, other games crashed too. there was either no information in the Windows event display or some errors in DLL's.
After 4 Hours searching why, i realized the CPU was overheating....
On the Old Setup my Case Ventilation was setup to bare minimum to make a little noise as possible.
Well, the 12900k got up to 100°C +... no wonder my Brother baught a new setup.....
The Case Ventilation is now on max and i limited the games to 144FPS so the CPU settled to 60-80°C.
