CSGO matchmaking ( even with trash team ) > CS2 Premier mode ( with gen z players)

you cant change my mind. in CS GO competitive mode back in the day at-least a decade ago players would actually try even while losing they wouldn't stop trying. They would talk ♥♥♥♥ but they would try at-least. Now all you get is Gen Z kids getting upset and shooting each other , team blocking , team flashing , 0 communication and 0 determination. They aren't even talking ♥♥♥♥ to opponents or your own teammates they just don't give a single F in an actual ranked premier mode match. look at the video as a matter of fact how about you check if im lying. check my match history and watch all of my games. in Majority yes Majority im top or 2nd top fragging while holding objectives and trading as much as I can but i still lose games. see if im lying. I used to feel rewarded for doing 2-3 key things per match because my teammates would step up even the ones that would talk smack on mic seems like they just wanted to win the game no matter how much they disliked me and you know what I am okay with that now I miss those players from 2014-2020 . That generation of players are all gone. I am alone in this. I know no one cares everyone is a random but it shows you a glimpse of what NA community has come to. im in west coast North america but regardless I miss ESEA . Faceit is equally bad I stopped playing FACEIT for ESEA since I had it over 13 years ago. It has always been better for servers and anti cheat while CEVO and ESEA were a thing. I am maybe too old now thats my personal conclusion and its time to give up. Nothing works. Community is sad and dead.

That's rough, man! It sounds like you're really feeling the struggle right now. It's tough when you're putting in the effort but things just aren't clicking with your team.
You know, it's awesome that you're consistently fragging and holding objectives - that takes skill! You're definitely doing your part. It's a bummer that those wins aren't coming through like they used to.
Keep in mind, though, CS2 is still pretty new. The community is finding its footing, and it might take some time for everything to settle down. There are still tons of dedicated players out there who love the game just as much as you do. You've gotta keep looking for those squads that share your passion and drive!
