m_pitch not working
Since start of cs2, m_pitch worked fine for a while then all of a sudden it was disabled and even if you changed its values, it no longer affected the y axis sens. Now give that I had individual sens, m_yaw and m_pitch values, this affects me and I have to fix my sens again and again. This has now been re-enabled about 5 days ago and now disabled again... WTF is happening cs devs?! Why is m_pitch being hard locked to 0.022. I literally can't play the game properly. Does anyone one else have this issue? Maybe give it a test and change the pitch value in game and let me know? They really need to let us change this value.

Add the command in your auto exec cfg file.

While I have not tried this, have you? I have already tried changing the m_pitch value in the config file itself and still does not work, how would adding the command to the auto exec cfg work? If you could tell me how and what to put in the auto exec cfg for it to work i'd really appreciate taht

:depresso: Sometimes I take my source engine knowledge for granted.

Right click on CS2 and open properties, local files, and browse local files.

Keep searching inside the folders until you see about 170 .pak files. Inside that folder, open the cfg folder.

Make sure "show file extension" is enabled on file explorer, and create a file called autoexec.cfg

Open autoexe.cfg and paste in your m_pitch and m_yaw commands, then save and close.

People rely on auto configs all the time, trust me, they'll let you know if Source 2 disabled autoexecs.

Thanks man I really appreciate this. I already had an autoexec cfg previously created so I put the commands in now and tested. Unfortunately it did not work. Same as using the console command, while it changes the m_pitch value, the actual m_pitch sensitivity felt ingame does not change... m_yaw works fine when value is changed but not m_pitch
