How does everyone aim so well in cs???
I am like level 7 cause i barely decided to start grinding cs2 instead of playing funny workshop maps or trying surf with a friend but Ive been playing nonstop for the past 4 days and I still dont understand how to aim properly enough to get above at most 3 kills in a match???

to answer your question literally; its because people have been playing this game for years. The skill floor has raised considerably since the game first came out.

Learning how to counterstrafe and crosshair placement will vastly improve your aim because aim isn't just moving the mouse its also about positioning and preparation. Check youtube for guides. There are videos from CSGO that are still relevant today since the game hasn't changed that much in core mechanics. Other than that plays lots of deathmatch against either bots or players and just get a feel for when you can and can't shoot.

Train flicks for 5 min everyday on a training map and maybe 5 min try control your sprays on the two main weapons you use the most and then take 5 min deathmatch for a 15min total per day if your real serious about it.

they buy cheats
no idea. people can just get used to their mouse and they can almost 100% consistently flick it to aim somewhere. I've seen 5k premier players do this (and I'm sure those were not cheating).

I guess you should just practice by killing bots fast in the head on aim_botz… it doesn't help me but it seems to help others

I still try to do deathmatch and I feel like im ok enough at it but when it coems to casual matches outside of that I feel too useless for my team

That might be because you have no impact of the game most of the time. Aiming and killing players does not make you a good player alone. There is so much other you can become good at.

no, no bot matches, bots are really dumb in this game, I mean the workshop maps, like "aim_botz", where bots are just standing still without a weapon and look at you, you can make them run around randomly also

I don't watch the pro scene that much but from what I seen they never get 1 tapped .1ms after rounding corners like you do in most games.
