mat_disable_fancy_blending = removed
r_emulate_g = is wrong its r_emulate_gl and actually good for linux as i remember
-preload and -nopreload is basically old cl_forcepreload 1-0 and it caused sutters
-d3d9ex=is ON by default
cl_interp_ratio 1, +cl_interp 0.031 = cl_interp_ratio 1 good for LAN and maybe around very low ping but cl_interp no matter what u set it 0 it will set best based on ratio was it 1 or 2
+cl_forcepreload = does not exist anymore and it is actually -preload and its default
First use MSI ULITY V3 and put GPU to MSI and HIGH maybe and Network Adapter to MSI and High and reset pc. 0 latency and probably FPS

for interp_ratio i would suggest you 2 unless you very very low ping
