2) run it with a good cpu and gpu
3) run it properly with Linux and you'll get +10-100fps because windows sucks and eats like 5gb of background processes in ram, Linux will eat like, 0.5gb
4) Vulcan shaders are nice
5) set image settings to high performance, gfx settings, prefer maximum performance, and then lower some settings in game
I get 112 - 390 fps, I usually set my fps to top out with fps_max 280 since I have a 240hz monitor, it is roughly the perfect value for that. So my fps stays constant at 239fps
Stable fps is more important than tons of fps but if you want more frames, that's how you get more frames
Csgo runs out of the box on Linux, you don't even need to run compatibility with proton. Runs very well.
