It's normally set to 125Hz (8ms/office)
you should increase it to 500Hz (Gaming) or to 1000Hz if it supports it (tho I don't think your mouse supports 1000Hz)
1. the mouse is has a bad sensor and is overloaded and cant handle high speed.
(1) try your mouse on another pc to see if it happens there too.
2. my pc had dificulty keeping up with calculating while going high speed
(2)my cpu would dip in performance(1% low's where really low) i upgraded my cpu.
i dont want to get into it more but maybe this helps you with finding the cause
