Terrorist starting pistol

I have been playing a lot of comp lately and i have notice some thing may just be me but I think the glock-18 is the worst pistol I think it should either be buffed or they should redo the terrorist pistol altogether i am a gn2 and have noticed if it is eco or pistol round terrorist get the 1st ct pistol they can get there hands on does any one else agree because if so we need to get this message to valve I think it would be fine if they just gave it more accuracy

Nothing wrong with the Glock, very decent weapon - though I reckon USP is a bit better. Thing is, with glock you can spam for days. USP requires a bit of precision.

miketheike try to aim for the head. the glock has really bad armor penetration and since most people have body armor in the first round it wont make much damage . however against enemies without helmet the glock takes from most distances only one shot to the head to kill . in the lower ranks i see many people spamming the pistol and ending up hitting nothing.. thats not how you use pistols in cs:go. go for the one taps for the head. to learn that go to 1v1 arena community servers and play pistol rounds. good luck

Glock is one of the best pistols for Pistol rounds, it really depends how good you are with it.

His info is comlpetly wrong. Thats not how you make good use of the glock.
Dont stay still with that gun, it has almost the same accuracy while moving. The gun is meant to be spammed. Run and shoot, first 3-5 shot on head height then move to the chest and keep spamming.

The beauty of this gun: it's free, bullets are spamable, and the damge, at least against the head, is decent (vs. unarmored as well ofc). And burst fire is quite neat to finish off low'ish enemies in CQB.
What it doesn't have: accuracy, any decent penetration - the major downside.

Last but not least: ever heard of a "glock train"?

I can easily get headshots with the glock 1st and 2nd rounds if they dont have helmets. You gotta learn how to use it

it's a matter of perception, kid (i hope for you that you are a kid and that you will still grow up). it takes 8 hits to the body to kill with the glock if im not wrong so for a guy not going for the headshots it might seem pretty weak. now where he knows how to use it he will probably understand that the glock is not weak. i don't see what's so funny. maybe just a weird taste of humur mostly based on the weaknesses of others is the cause.
