How to change csgo resolution without entering the game

ive changed to windows 10 lately, my windows resolution is 1366x768, and my csgo isnt running, how could i fix this?

If you have GeForce videocard, you can use GeForce Experience, which allows change not only resolution for supported games. GO is supported.

go start and type "regedit"
Select this location:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER" -> "SOFTWARE" -> "Valve" -> "Half-life" _> Settings.
Now change ScreenWidth and ScreenHeight. Use decimal its 800x600

I had this exact problem and I fixed it by typing "-autoconfig" into the set launch options slot found in properties
