Disable spray in csgo?

Is there a way to disable holding down the mouse in csgo so that I can only tapshoot?
Im basically looking for a console command that disables the ability to hold down left mouse so that there is no spraying.

You can lift your finger(s) in between clicks and PRESTO! You now click each shot.

Im looking for a way to do this in all online games, not just games where i control sv_cheats.
I just need to remap the fire button so that it doesnt fire when i hold down left mouse

Ok well let me be serious now. Part of csgo is controlling spray and also sometimes accidentally shooting and such, included with going crazy and spraying. A tap fire AHK script counts as external assistance cheats. You can be vac banned and also overwatch banned if they somehow caught it. You can search some site and contact some people if you want a AHK tap fire script

Whats with all the smartasses telling me to tap fire. The point is im accurate when i tap fire but when i get into situations in game i panic and spray instead, making me suck. What I wanted was a way to train myself to only tap fire by disabling spray temporarily. To everyone who replies to this thread next:

I dont want to cheat. I dont want hacks. I dont want to "just tap fire." I want a console command or a script that changes the spray button so that im unable to hold down LMB in order to spray.
