I've seen people put in all battlescarred and get a FN. I've seen the reverse as well - quite commonly.

Not true at all, the wear you get is entirely random

It is all based on float value of the skins you have. You will never get fact new from all Battle Scarred. But you can get Min Wear from all Fact New if the float isn't great.

A couple of times i got a P90 Asiimov BS from FT/MW Fowl Plays and sometimes i got an AWP Asiimov FT from BS Trigons
