Your aim ,crosshair don't really help that much ,but if you want to train headshot and not spray? I would not recommend a static crosshair ,you should probably get a crosshair like pashabiceps if you don't want to spray ,just go to workshop and search crosshair/crashz ,then load the game and select the pashabiceps crosshair ,it really help you to get headshots

Crosshairw are personal prefernce download a crosshair map on workshop and play around with one or find a pro's that you like
