Stop caring about rank, play for fun.
CSGO is a competitive game, and it's actually a difficult game to learn in many respects. Don't focus on your rank as much. Sure, it's fun to rank up. It's thrilling to realize that you're going to the next level.
Nevertheless, a lot of things will probably not go your way. Sometimes you'll play badly. Sometimes your team will play badly, and you'll fail to carry. Sometimes you'll hit your current skill ceiling, and you'll need to improve your aim or your understanding of the game in order to proceed.
Focus on your skill instead of your rank. When you die, think about what you could have done differently. Watch pro games, and enjoy the game for what it is. Compare and contrast your gameplay with the pros. Learn, and have fun while learning. Don't play just for the rank.
Lastly, consider the road to Global, or whatever rank you end up with, as a journey. Enjoy the sights along the way. Enjoy the good games. Remember the clutches you pull off. You may even make a few friends along the way.
Rank is pretty useless cos you can't evaluate skill :D
It's a resonable way to make MM more enjoyable for everyone
