Why Derank So Easy

HI guys,

Im experience something now in cs go ,
i got derank from GNM , and now i am GN3 , it is so hard to rank up even if i win 5 game in 7 game , but it is so easy to derank in 4 game lose 1 game and i am derank to GN2 , i dont know why , anyone experience something like me?

Its due to update in rank system. Its probably like in 2014 now.

Join the Club lol, Most of my CS:GO team was MG2/MGE and most of us are now GN3 after the new update

Experienced that as well, not so long ago. Deranked from DMG to MGE, was pretty good in my rank though. The problem is: the amount of smurf-accounts is very high, which makes winning in solo-queue matches almost impossible. Besides, many players still don't take competitive a little serious. Don't know what's wrong with this community.

i dont know , and i dont get it tough, i play , and never be the lowest score , got most MVP in play but derank so easy , i dont get it it make me so sad

I just have one friend now, and he doesnt derank even party with me , i dont get it

I think valve reseted elo points + updated rank system. This is maybe why he isn't deranking, but you - yes.

so confusing for the rank system now, hard to believe it but to rank up again , lot a hard work to take now

every one of my friends have deranked 2 times in the past few days including me... guessing its because of the winter update..

I deranked twice. The first derank to mg2 was expected after losing a few, but then I DERANKED TO MG1 IN 1 LOSSS WTF VALVE

Yeah i guess, just get back into the game ; 10 matchs (9 wins in a row, never below 3rd) and lose one game (last cuz i was soo bored of my teammate and half afk), derank... so depressing

Ranks System is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, used to play dmg or le now mg1 and its like smurfing (30+ kills every single game). Unfortunatley i cant carry four silvers so mostly loosing, probably gonna hit nova again...
