Maybe you should over look your video settings etc?

Is your computer properly cooled? CSGO isn't a very demanding game (CPU wise) I don't think. What other games have you played where it doesn't overheat? Also, what programs are you using to measure the temperature of your card/CPU?

Are your fans running at a high enough temperature, or are not all of your fans running?

How many fans do you have? If you're complaining that your GPU is overheating because of the way computers work, then make sure you have PROPER COOLING RUNNING AT THE TIME.

50-60C is not a problem. This is not an overheating problem, this is a problem with the Pc itself. try running some testing programs, and hopefully it's not as serious. It may be a failing PSU, but your GPU, or even your CPU may be ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

clean dust out of gfx card blow in it clear all dust from it and your cpu.
Update drives of gfx card only.
Then if still going on is the card old?
