Can't find match if I play with friends

Everytime i try to play with someone it doesn't find the server/game/match
If i click "Find a Game"(Solo) then it finds server almost instantly
My ping in game is like 30-40, and i have no network problems
i have also tried to reinstall Steam, CS-GO and i Verified csgo cache no change, still cant play with friends.

UPDATE:
Somehow i can now play with 1 friend, it takes like 3 minutes to find match but it does. But i still cant play with more then 1 friend, because it never finds the match/game. We were in lobby searching for game (Same ranks LE, 3 of us) for like 10 minutes and it didnt find match/game.
(We all have good internet, ping and no lagg, etc)

depend on your friend's region. if he/she play in a different region of the world, lets say europe then they have to do something before they can play with you. Tell your friend to go to option and set the max ping to something higher. YOu should do the same if you want to play with your friend

Things I know have some influence on match searching:

max-ping: As IcePhoenix says rising ping tolerance may resolve if some of your friends has a bad ping (all of you have to rise the parameter).

ranks: Sometimes ranking is too unbalanced to get the other team togheter

maps: Some maps take longer than other

In my experience sometimes stop/restart searching helps a lot.

Ping is not the problem we have good internet no laggs

You know what is the problem? The game is broken as hell. That's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problemo here. No one is fixing this crap. Like if I paid for this ♥♥♥♥ to get garbage features. What I'm talking about is the join with friends system is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. A piece of rotten ♥♥♥♥. My matchmaking ping doesn't even work. I have tried every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ possible ♥♥♥♥, still no fixing. So Hey, it's all good because I live in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Chile and my maxping thingy is set to 50. But OHHHH SURPRISE suddenly I get to connect with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ US fat kids who scream at the mic talking to some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ghost friends, with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ping of 180+ HOW THE ♥♥♥♥ CAN YOU PLAY LIKE THIS????!!! You ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can't is difficult as ♥♥♥♥. You shoot the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bullet gets to the enemy like 3 seconds after you shot, what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥!!!!! The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ match is somehow "full" . And then the match magically gets bugged and you can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ join the server. Looks like bots became actual players!!! Ohhh ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Awesome update feature!!! I have been like this since I got the game, I haven't been able to fix this ♥♥♥♥. It only happens with casual games or those piece of ♥♥♥♥ game modes in which you can rank up. The rest is fine. But this is annoying as ♥♥♥♥. I bought this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game to play with my friends and to have fun, not to play with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ US fat kids screaming ♥♥♥♥. Did I mention my friends are all from Chile??? Oh yeah, ♥♥♥♥ the system. Did I mention we have the same rank same ping matchmaking. SAME ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EVERYTHING. THERE'S NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FIX FOR THIS ♥♥♥♥. after i read this i assume maybe csgo has broken, i not preaty sure

Same problem. I reset the config file (i’d changed some settings in the console) by deleting the folder 730 and folder cfg. As per this description https://www.steamshared.com/guide/How-to-reset-all-CSGO-settingscommands
Worked so far that it allowed me to play with 1 friend at least!
