Does anybody know what the actual recommended req's are for this game? I heard that a potato can run this game fine but that was a lie... cant even get stable FPS on minimum settings

That's probably why. You should probably update your PC. This game is made with the intent of trying to get the widest audience available, but they don't want the game to be outdated either

Yeah but that graphics card still might hold your framerate back even if csgo is mainly cpu dependent

I have no idea I know there's a site that lets you benchmark fps on csgo but I forgot what it is.

heres what can help with your crap pc since its pre built i assume you cant change anything intel i5 k version and 8 gigs ram with a 500 or 700watt psu and a gtx960 ot 950 or if you have good and wanting to play most/all games on high/very high a 970 your pc cant really be upgraded without changing all parts ps no pc from 2007/6 can run this game

Well Game-debate showed me kinda good results with GTX745 and i5 but Im not sure how reliable it is.

Because your cpu is BELOW the minimum specs. And these specs on the shop site are already outdated and too low.
