Propably you will get a error message that the VAC signature is incorrect and you cannot play in VAC servers upon launching CS:GO (this is to protect you from a VAC ban), but you cannot bet on that.
Even if the porn dll's are not giving you any advantage or you even don't notice they get loaded into CS:GO, they can actually trigger VAC's modified-file-detection and ban you.
This is why valve tells you to never put any foregin EXE's or DLL's inside game folders, since some folders are configured to load every file contained in it, not just the "correct" files.
To prevent any difficulties, I would personally put any secret files that I don't want to get loaded by CS:GO, into a subfolder below directx_installer inside the CS:GO folder. Call the subfolder like "uninstaller" or whatever.
Any files inside the directx_installer is ONLY executed at first initial setup of CS:GO which you already have passed.
