CS:GO's ranking system is a joke

I know what you're thinking, another silver that thinks he's le. But hear me out first k.

Why is your rank dictated by your team's performance? How does that affect YOUR INDIVIDUALITY in any way shape or form? I mean, wins should factor in, but I can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tell you right now if I was mg2 and I deranked to mg1 after carrying my ♥♥♥♥ teammates every game with more than a 20 kill difference, WHY AM I MG1 LMAO?! I think a more worthwhile update than a stupid blatantly overpowered revolver would be an update that was actually important and useful, like maybe 128 tick servers?

My idea: add smurfing to be a reportable offense in overwatch. But instead of banning that person, just rank them up... Think about it. These people are TECHNICALLY not cheating, even though they have an unfair advantage over everyone else in the game, but if you rank them up, they won't be at lower ranks anymore and will face more equal opponents. This ALSO works for people that are stuck at ranks, because if overwatched could see everyone's perspective, they could determine the skill level of the game and RANK THEM UP... That would effectively fix this gay ass ranking system, at least in a little way.

Not what I meant m8. It means they will rank up more easily, like if they have more good games. For instance I got 2 1v4 ace clutches in a row to win a game against an all mg2-mge team yesterday and I didn't rank up, even though I was carrying in every game I played. What is that? I practice daily m8 I guarantee you I'm not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mg1

First of its a team based game, if you sit at 30k but grief your team and ruin many plays to get kills you are detrimental. I'd rather have a good teamplayer at 18kills than such a person.

PS. Your rank is dictated by your teams performance because, for example a entry fragger might get less kills than some other player yet is more useful for the team.
