I dont think this is the place to be asking this particular question. Make a PCpartpicker account and choose every part in your build. It will tell you if there are any incompatibilities.

Yes but does the bios support it
Actually no, this motherboard will not support the 8350, the 8350s TDP is 125w and your motherboards maximum TDP is 95w

$66 Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P for a budget friendly option - is pretty reliable
$97 MSI 970 Gaming for a mid level more reliable board pretty decent for overclocking
(also a kickass red black color scheme ^)
$175 ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 for a kickass overclock, and amazing reliability

i have the msi 970 MOBO and its great. decent over clocking, 4 dims slots compatible up to 2133 (OC) speed. aesthetically pleasing. amd 3+ socket for phenom ii, athlon ii, fx. allows dual SLI. i WOULD recommend it if you want a nice mobo for a god price without going complete a enthusiast build

+1 for MSI mobos, Not using the one mentioned but they're really rock solid boards, literally no complaints.
