SteelSeries Rival 100 mouse DPI * NEED HELP *

I bought a new mouse yesterday but i can't setup the dpi to 400 i can only make it 250 please i really need help

OP here, mouse went to trash after left button cracked inside

the switches are fine but this mouse is cheap and made to broke after some time ...

if you have a 3D printer or know someone that have one you can repair it

if it not the case sell it on ebay or you know what to do

I know this is an topic but I found it on Google when I were looking for Rival 100 standard CPI. There is no problem in this case. The program works fine but it is the mouse which can only change CPI in intervals. I have used the program for two different mice. Ikari can change to whatever cpi you want while the rival 100 only change in preset intervals.

So there is no problems with SteelSeries' mice or program. Have a nice day

It's called CPI (counts per inch) in the steelseries engine.

Same. Has to do something with the drivers apparantly.

The Rival 100 doesn't allow 400 dpi, only 250 and 500
