What should I get with $20?

Steam sales starts in a few weeks, save your money. Also skins are pointless unless you feel inclined to spend money on microtransactions.

Prices go down a tiny bit on the market when huge sales come around because people want to sell stuff for quick money in their wallet. So just wait regardless.
